Daily activity Training

Time and date : july 21 until 31 2019

Name of Trainee : Bergita Noviana Saleo

Subject : activities on Japanesse Section of kweezeen restaurant

Day by day i came to the kitchen( japanesse) at 14 o'clock to work with seniors to prepare, cook, serve food and closing( cleaning etc). We are prepared, like cut the veggies, fruit and seasoning it, and also seasoning meat. After that we keep it in the Chiller.
Japanese always serve 5 foods for breakfast and dinner . Like kind of sushi&japanese soup for breakfast and kind of tempura&tepanyaki for dinner .everytime after breakfast or dinner , we're always cleaning our working area and our chiller. And go home after that.
