Time and date : Monday,4th
February 2019.
Name of Student :Bergita Noviana Saleo
Subject activity : Puff Pastry
At eight o’clock in the
morning,we gather together at the kitchen to continue our practic bout puff
pastry,but before we do practic,we do General
cleaning together with our seniors,cause today we are have special
guest,we are visited.So everything must be seen very Clean on today.After doing general cleaning
we’ve been given time moreless 30 minutes to eat. After eat, we’ve waited for a
moment behind the kitchen till we get called from our seniors exactly at 11
a.m. We gather around and line up in pastry to wait the lecture come.
Atnd when when our lecture
come,he teach us how to make the right
puff pastry dough.After that we are take our dough that was make at the last
practical.Our Dough become difficult to rolled and shape.so we wait until our
dough possible to be shape.At the right time, we roll and shape our dough while being guide by
our senior.until its done,the dough is ready to bake.
In the same time,we have a rest
time.time to shallat for musleem and just rest for the non musleem.after that
we are back to the pastry nand gather to line up,while waiting for our baked
dough,we got a matery from our senior ‘bout sugar dough and pie dough for the
next day,so on the next day we come and just doing the practical by
ourselfs.And then our puff pastry is already out from the
oven.
Unfortunately,some group has a undercooked puff pastry,but we got
understanding from our lecture,and no remedial.After that we are going to do
General Cleaning,after general cleaning we take some rest and then gather and
line up for praying and then go home.
