Activity at Culinary Office, Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua
Just like on previous,
come to the office before 09.00 o’clock
and cleaning first. After that i continue to paper work again and again.
Take care of MMEO(Magnifiquent Meetings Event Order), Cash Remboursment, Food
Laboratory Result, Sick Leave and etc. At this week i am start going well, not
slow anymore, no many question anymore, i am start independent with my all
assignment. Yes, i have to independent, because my last two weeks will be alone
because my senior are going to take her
paid leave. Two week’s without senior, a little worry but keep going trough the
day. Day by they doing the paper work while sometime’s i also do some
assignment from the Executive Sous Chef. Until last Day of December 2019, i
have to Filing all Document including the cash remboursment or another cash
document until my senior come back and we’ll do hand over.
