Subject         : Trainee Activity at Culinary Office, Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua

Last Month of my Internship Program and my last place is Culinary Office. Actually, i Confuse what i have to do with this job because i work at the kitchen 5 months before and this is my first time work in the ‘office’. Every morning before i do the paper work and friends, i have to clean the office like cleaning the window, the door, the table’s and the floor. After that i continue to do the paper work with my senior, take care of MMEO(Magnifiquent Meetings Event Order), Cash Remboursment, Food Laboratory Result and etc. For the first week, my senior still let me to do my job slowly because she knows this is the first time for me. But for the next week i directed to work as fast as i can. Reminding the ‘Christmas is coming’, i have full job of christmas decoration on my second week at office. Why? Because we have a Christmas Decoration competition beetween the office’s of all department at that time. In Office, we came and work every Monday till Friday start from 09.00 o’clock until 18.00 o’clock and at Saturday dan Sunday we’re closed.

That’s all
