Trainee daily Activity

Time and Date   : october 1 until 13 2019

Name of Trainee : Bergita Noviana Saleo

Subyek          : Activities at Toya Kitchen, Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua.


Same as Before, still got Morning shift. In Toya Kitchen there are always 2 kitchen people. One staff and one trainee or daily worker who will work together. In morning shift, we do more preparation than the afternoon shift. And what i have to do is prepare the condimen for fried, grilled, and the roasted Product that will be cooked. After that, i go to take many ingredients at chiller until at the pastry, butcher, and bakery that will be prepared for dinner too. And then i go back to the kitchen to prepare with my senior while sometimes we also make the a la carte order. Until 13.30 o'clock, it's break time. Before 15.00 o'clock we have to back to the kitchen. At Afternoon we Just bussy make the a ala carte order and set up the display for dinner. After that we cleaning our working area and then go Home.
