Name of Trainee : Bergita Noviana Saleo
Subject : Activities at Toya Bar&Grilled, Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua.
This Time i move to Toya Bar and Grilled, the second outlet. In Toya i got more morning shift than afternoon shift, i dont know why... .In morning shift at toya we do preparation a lot, like take lots of ingredients at pastry, bakery, chiller and than cleaning chiller. Prepare- make food product - prepare for a la carte brunch until dinner, make sure all is enough . In Toya we have indonesian food for maincourse and most of dessert. But we also have western food like burger, chips, and ice cream. After work we are cleaning out table working area and then go home.
