Subject : Activities at Toya Kitchen, Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua
As usually, again and again , morning shift at Toya Kitchen . We are two at morning shift, me and my senior(commis 2). When i arrived at the kitchen, first thing i make is pepes Fish for dinner. Seasoning the fish, with tomato slice, basil and other ingredients. After that i go to the toya chiller , butcher, pastry and bakery to take many ingredients to prepare our a la carte lunch and dinner. Then i go back to kitchen to store and tidy up 'the ingredient's. After that i continue to prepare sambal matah and dabu dabu as usually. Sometimes we also make the costumer order's at lunch while we prepare for dinner. At 13 o'clock moreless is the time to break and back to the kitchen before 15 o'clock. When afternoon, we just make the order and set up for dinner, Cleaning our working area and then go home. ~ The End~
