Daily Report March 6


Time and Date : march 6 2019

Name of student : Bergita Noviana Saleo

Subject : Rotation 1.2 and Preparation for Rotation 1.3

Today we are gather at the kitchen at 6 o'clock to do Practic. And our Subject today is Serve the food of Rotation 1.2 . Before practic we was checked by the supervisor, our tools and grooming. After that, we get in to kitchen and gather with our own group because we have to make the food ready as the resto is open . And thats before 10 o'clock, because the resto is open at 10 o'clock. Specially for breakfast,breakfast have to ready first.


Finally,the resto is open,in that time the food is serve to the resto, almost all food is out by order, how glad we are. After fisihing the rotation 1.2 serves, we just continue to do preparation for Rotation 1.3 in Thursday, tommorow. My group will make the Doko-doko Cangkuning. We do preparation maybe about 1 until 2 hours. After that we have time to rest and shalat.

After rest and shallat we gather behind the kitchen to eat together, after that we do GC, after do GC we gather to line up for pray together and then Go home

Doko-doko cangkuning 

*Ingredient for fillin

Grated coconut
Coconut milk
Brown Sugar

*How to make
Mix all ingredients until it soak with grated coconut while it simmer.

*Ingredient for the inside layer

Food colouring
Glutinous rice flour
Salt
Sugar
Coconut milk
Water

Mix salt, sygar, and coconut milk simmer it for a while .
Mix the coconut milk with the powder until get the solid texture and give food colouring slowly until got the green colour
Shape dough round
Boil the dough until it float on the water surface

*Ingredients for the outside layer
Salt
Sugar
Rice flour
Glutinous rice flour
Coconut milk
Pandan leaf

Banana leaf(for cover)

How to make
Simmer and Mix all ingredients in small wook until get the thick texture.

After that shaping the banana leaf and put in the outside layer dough first, and then the inside layee dough, and put the outside layer dough once more

Fold the banana leaf

Steam for 15 until 25 minutes with medium heat

After that, Doko-doko cangkuning ia Ready to serve.
