Time and Date : February 19, 2019

Subject Activity : English Breakfest dan Prepareration for American and Indoesian Breakfest.

As Usually at 8 o’clock we gather together at the kitchen to do Practic,at Pastry for exactly.Today,the subject is English, American,indoseian Breakfest.First,we got the explanation ‘bout c English,American,and Indonesian breakfast from our lecture.After that we all divided to be two,Group 6 until 10 do the english breakfast and make preparation for American breakfest and group 1 until 5 got the job to do preparation for Indonesian breakfast for next day.

And for today,my group is serve our juice that we was make last day and do preparation of Danish For American breakfast.After got our own Job,we are directed to prepare and Doing.And the Limit is on 11 o’clock.

Why 11 o’clock?

Because all the food will be served on the restaurant.And the food must be ready to serve  before lunch time(12 o’clock).After all has already done ,we are have rest time and shallat time for the Musleem.After rest time is finish,we gather back at 13 o’clock,Gather at Pastry with Senior and Sharing each other.

After Sharing,we are directed to do General Cleaning for pastry,lobby,office and toilet area.After general cleaning done,we gather behind the kitchen ‘bout 1 hour moreless.And Finally we have direction to One Line,Praying ,then Go Home.
