Subject Activity : Puff Pastry

Today,we gather together at 08.00 o’clock.And then we are directed by our senior(supervisor) to gather for  one line and gather at pastry to do practic about puff pastry.We are waiting for long enough,until our lector came and give us lesson ‘bout puff pastry dan show us how to make it while our lector make the dough.

After our lector finish his explanation about puff pastry,we are directed for preparing the ingredients.6 first group prepare their ingredient’s,and next six group after that.after preparing,we dont doing at same time because the time is indicate to pray time for Moeslem.

We was given the time for shallat and eat from 11.30-13.00 am.At the right time  we gather at the kitchen,at the pastry exactly.Oneline,listening to direction of our supervisor and doing in the same time.

We make the puff pastry about 30 minute’s,more or less,not including baking.why? because the dough which already made,is for saved for used 2 week’s later for next practical and perhaps in that time the dough will be baking.why?because,according to theory of puff pastry that we got,the dough have to keep for  quite a long time before baking.

After doing,we are back and gather again in pastry,in there,the supervisor take the dough which is made by our lector and starting to shape a view of puff pastry that will be baked.Until shaping is done,Finally the dough will be baked.After baking,we got the chance to taste the puff pastry.

After that we gather again for oneline for general cleaning.In this time i gote chance to cleaning the lobby with my friend,akila.After General Cleaning,we sit together for a view time.in the end,one line,pray together and go home.
