Trainee Daily Activity November 2.0
Tanggal dan Waktu ; 16 sampai 30 November 2019
Name of Trainee : Bergita Noviana Saleo
Subject : Activity at Club Milesime Kitchen, Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua.
It's My turn to incharge the middle shift, from 11.00 until 20.00 o'clock. Me with one senior,sometimes two seniors, depend's on the schedule. Almost same with my job at the morning shift. I came to the kitchen before 11.00 o'clock and just take all ingredients to prepare for Afternoon Tea Sandwich and buffet condimens. Prepare and prepare until 14.00 o'clock, the time for break. Break for 30 minutes and then back to the kitchen for Prepare the Af⁹ternoon Tea meals. Keep watching and handle the afternoon tea with my senior until 17.00 o'clock.
At 17.30 o'clock, i continue to set up the dinner Buffet and waiting until the dinner(tapas) open at 18.00 o'clock. Keep watching and handle again the buffet until 19.30 o'clock. And thats the time for closing, cleaning our working area and then go home at 20.00 o'clock moreless.
