Trainee Daily Activity october 2.0
Time and Date : October 15 until 31
Name Of trainee : Bergita Noviana Saleo
Subject : Activities at Toya Kitchen, Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua
At this time, i got a chance to work at afternoon shift, at 13.00 o'clock. At afternoon shift there's a three staff's and two trainee moreless, including me of course, work in the kicthen. What we do at noon, first is prepare for barbeque seafood, sauce, and the others about barbeque and checking the a la carte preparation while sometimes we also make the a la carte odrer's. Until break time, at 15.30 o'clock we're go to take a rest and have to go back to the kitchen before 17.00 o'clock. Before back to the kitchen, we have to take 'some' more at the butcher. The night has come, it's the time to war :p hehe . For me personally, i more often work at Barbeque's at afternoon shift. After make and serve the food's until 21.30 o'clock, we are ready to close order. Tidy up our stuff's , clean the table working, labeling, and etc. At 22.00 o'clock, we are ready to go home.
