Subject         : Activity At Club Milesime Kitchen's


I moved again, yeah new outlet. From Monday till friday i work at morning shift. 06.30 o'cloçk i arrived at the kitchen. And at the kitchen, what i do first is cutting fruit's to prepare the smoothies. Prepare , take care of buffet( keep watching the buffet, always ready to refill), i just do that till breakfast closed. Till 11.00 o'clock, we are closing order, i pick up all food and bring it back to the kitchen. At the kitchen, i do prepare again for the next day breakfast. Until 14.00 o'clock, time to break and have to back to the kitchen at 14.30 o'clock. Why ? 'Cause we must prepare the food for Afternoon tea which will be open at 15.00 o'clock. After help prepare for Afternoon tea, i continue to help my senior to prepare For dinner. And at 16.30 o'clock, time for cleaning our working area, and then go home.
