Subject : Activities on Dimsum section of kweezeen restaurant
Its same like last week ...I work at morning shift. What i do at dimsum first in the morning is keep watching the buffet ( also for asian buffet) for refill and refill until closing breakfast. Afterthat i continue my job with senior to prepare and make food product like make different spring roll's, siomay, bakpao and others dimsum food's day by day. Until afternon, we just wait for set up the dinner buffet food's , cleaning our working area and then go home.
