Name of Trainee : Bergita Noviana Saleo
Subject : activity at Dimsum and Noodles On Kweezeen restaurant, Sofitel Hotel Bali Nusa Dua
At First and Second Day i came to the kweezeen Asian Kitchen, and I was prepared the Ingredient for the food, Next Day I was Moved to Dimsum. In Dimsum i Got Learn how to prepare and make Spring roll and other dimsum. How to steam dimsum , refiil dimsum and the asian food whos the kitchen is one place with dimsum. And set up the condimens for buffe'.
Next week i Moved again too Noodles Section. Noodles still a part of Kweezeen Resto. In Noodle i've got learn how to prepare the ingredients , to get ready the set up for buffe. How many the veggies, what kind of meat , and what noodles will be served. Also the sauce and other Condimens always ready. We make and serve the soup and fried noodle for the costumer, and thats depend on them.
Everytime we done and closing we clean our area and back to prepare for the next buffe set up.
For two weeks moreless i got the morning shift, came at morning 7 and go home at afternoon 5 moreless.
