Time and Date : April 2&3 2019

Name of Student : Bergita Noviana Saleo

Subject : Food Carnaval on F.I.T.E 2019


On this week our practical is defferent from the previous, why? 'Cause we will cook for the food carnaval on F.I.T.E 2019. We also join the group with the senior. This time i join the crepes group. Which all group will live cooking at campus Hall, on Thursday and Friday ( April 2&3). And For Monday,Tuesday, and wednesday we come to the kitchen to train our skill and make a dough, bitter that absolutely will used on Thursday and Friday.

Finally, the time has come on April 2, many Food will be serve like rice box with panada cake, sate lilit, pizza, lasagna, rujak, crepes, etc. Before 9 0'clock, we are ready at hall, at our own food stand. Until eat time , the guest and comittee alternately come to our stand. Good enthusiast, we happy !. Until its over about 15 o'clock, we start packing and back to the kitchen for General Cleaning and then go home.
Tommorow, at April 3 , its just senior who handle the lunch, we Semester 2 only come for eat together and do General Cleaning and then go home.

 _Crepes_

Ingredients:

Soft Roll
Tapioka flour
Rice flour
milk
Oil
Whole chicken egg
Sugar
Salt
Vanili


How to make :

Mix all ingredient

Stir well

Heat the pan

Pour the bitter, shape it and make a big round

Wait until the colour change and crispy

Give a fillin like chocolate and cheese

Fold and take it off the pan

Serve
