Daily Report

Time and Date : Monday, April 15 2019

Name Of Student : Bergita Noviana Saleo

Subject : Rotation II.4 (Japanese)


Today we gather at the kitchen at 8 o'clock to do practic. Before get in to the kitchen, we are checked by the supervisor, from tools to our uniform. After that we gather in cold kitchen to start our activity. Praying , absen, and review with the supervisor. Then we are directed to start prepare for Rotation menu II.4 (japanese). And we have additional menu for breakfast, there is Croissant and Danish . This time my group will make the appetizer that is ''Ingen No Goma ae'' . Ingen no goma ae consist of string bean and the sauce from mixture of white sesame seed, shoyu and other ingredients.

In that time we just start to handle the preparation until 12 o'clock, every one is stop do everything cause its time for shallat and take some rest. After that preparation continue for who's not done their's, and for whos done, they help the group whos make croissant and danish. At 15 o'clock we do General Cleaning with senior. Until every job is finish at 16.30 o'clock, and we gather behind the kitchen to rest. Finally we gather to line up for praying and go home.
