Time and date : April 16 2019

Name of Student : Bergita Noviana Saleo

Subject : Serving for Rotation II.4 and Preparation for Rotation II.1

As usually we come to the kitchen to do practic . Starting pray Together and then we just directed to handle our preparation which made yesterday cause it will serve today. According to Prepare, today my group will serve the ''Ingen no goma ae'', that is one of japanese appetizer. Make and get ready the food, until every group has done their job and serve all food. Next, our job is prepare the Rotation menu II.1. Why? 'Cause tomorrow is holiday, so we have to prepare the menu for Thursday.
But before we continue, at 12 o'clock we have to shallat and rest. After that we eat together behind the kitchen. After eat, we continue to prepare until it finish about 15 o'clock. Prepare done, next is General cleaning with senior. After that, we gather behind the kitchen for rest in a view time until we line up for pray together and go home.



''Ingen no goma ae''

Ingredients :

String beans
White sesame seed
Sugar
Salt
Shoyu

How to make :
Boil water and pour the salt, pour the string beans , blanch it.

Saute the sesame seed

After that mix the sesame seed with shoyu, sugar, and salt, stir well to produce the sauce.

For the last, mix the sauce with string beans.

Plating and give some garnish.
