Time and date : April 18 2019

Name of student : Bergita Noviana Saleo

Subject : Beef rice bowl and Num Chak Kachan

Today we are gather at the kitchen at eight in the morning, to do practic .But before we doing, we gather at cold kitchen for praying together and listen to the senior directions. After that, we are continue our job to handle and complete the food which will served. Today, my group will served the 'Beef Rice Bowl and Num chak Kachan'. Every group handle their food until it finish before 12 o'clock. Right at 12 o'clock, its time for us to rest and shalat. After that we eat together behind the kitchen. After eat, we do Big General Cleaning with the senior until finish at 17 0'clock moreless . Next, We gather behind the kitchen and take some rest for a while until we line for praying and then go home.



*Beef Rice Bowl*

Ingredients :

Beef meat
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Japanese sake
Miso
Sugar
Black pepper
Peanut oil
Onion
Chicken stock
Carrot
Brocolli
Steamed rice

How to make :

Sous vide the meat about 40 minutes

Cut and prep veggies

Mix the soy sauce,oyster sauce, japanese sake, miso, sugar, and blackpepper. To produce the sauce

After sous vide the beef meat, cut into little cube (2×2cm moreless)

Saute the onion

Add the chicken stock and sauce mixture. Cook until bringing to a boil

Simmer the meat together with the sauce, until meat turns tender and sauce got a little thick

Boil the brocolli and carrot, after that take and drain it

Serve the steamed rice with beef meat with sauce and veggies

Plating beauty.



*Num Chak Kachan*

Coconut Milk and water
Rice Flour
Tapioca Flour
Sugar
Salt
Food colouring

How to make :

Mix all ingredient

Mix again with food colouring

Divide to a different bowl

Steamed the bitter one by one for 5 minutes
After all bitter steamed, steamed once more for 30 minutes moreless

Let it cold

Cut the cake as you want

Plating beauty.
