Subject : Rotation II.3
We gather at the kitchen at 8 o'clock to do practic and Finish the Rotation Menu II. We gather at the cold kitchen for absention and listen the direction from the supervisor. After knowning the job every group start doing start from prepare and making. Today my group will make 'Pisang Ijo' the Famous dessert from celebes. As usually at 12 o'clock we have rest time and shalat for the musleem. After that, we continue making until serving the food. It finish maybe about 14 o'clock. Next, we do general cleaning until it finish and take a rest together behind the kitchen. Waiting, until we directed to line up for praying and go home
PISANG IJO
The main ingredient : sweet bananas
Additional ingredient : DHT Syrup
Gree Out Layer(dough)
Ingredients :
All purpose flour
Water
Egg
Oil
Salt
Sugar
Food colouring
Pandan Extract
How to make :
Heat the oil in the wook or big pan, pour the egg, stir slowly and well while pour the water too.
Pour the food colouring and pandan extract, stir well.
Pour the flour , stir well again until get smooth and a little chewy texture.
Divide the dough
Roll it and wrap the bananas
SAUCE
Ingredients :
Rice flour
Coconut milk
Pandan leaves
Sugar
Salt
Water
How to make :
Boil all ingredient in sauce pan , stir it until mix well and get the semi thick texture
PLATING :
Put the sauce on the palte
Put the pisang ijo
Put the sauce once more
Pour the DHT Syrup on the top as a garnish and additional taste.
