Name of Student : Bergita Noviana Saleo
Subject : Rotation II.1
As usually we gather at the kitchen in the morning to do practic, it's first day for Rotation menu II . We gather at 7 o'clock. Then we get in to cold kitchen to line up with our supervisor to get absen and direction about Rotation Ii.1. Every group has them own job to handle the food . Start from appetizer until dessert, for now my group has job to do the Soup there is Tradiotional Egg Drop Soup. After knowing our own job, we are directed to do preparation for the food which will serve tommorow.
The group who's prepare the appetizer, soup, and main course are finish first than the group whos make dessert. And at 12 o'clock we are have rest and shalat time . After that we gather back to the kitchen. We are help our friend who's not finish yet and half of us is do general cleaning in cold kitchen and pastry. After that we take some rest behind the kitchen while waiting the dessert group finish their job. Maybe 'bout 16 o'clock moreless its done. Waiting and still rest behind the kitchen, until we directed to line up for praying and then go home.
