Midterm Practical Exam

Subject : Rotation 1.4

In the Morning at 6 to 7 0'clock , one by one of us is coming to the kitchen of Poltekpar, today is the Day of Midterm Exam . Today is the group 1 turn to Make and get Ready the menu of Rotation 1.4 . The menu is Chicken Liver and Herb Pate with Hollandaise Sauce, Clam Chowder(soup), spaghetti Bolognese, and Yellow Butter Cake. 

Is My turn to make Yellow ButterCake. Then We Start doing until 10 o'clock moreless. After that we Explain to our lecture bout our food. After Presenting we eat together behind the kitchen. After that we do General Cleaning with Our Senior until 16 o'clock moreless . Until it Finish, we take some rest behind the kitchen. Next, we gather and line up for praying and then GoHom3.

Yellow Butter Cake

Ingredient :

•Soft Flour
°Baking powder
•Sugar
•Salt
•Vanilla extract
•Block butter
•Fresh milk

How to make
•put in the butter to the mixer, shake it well
•put in the sugar, let it mix well until both get the
smooth texture
• let the dry ingredienta join(baking powder,salt,vanilla extract and soft flour)
•last, put the freshmilk slowly until get the smooth batter
•mould it to the pan with use the cake cup and put on the sit pan
•bake it.
