Time and Date : February 7th 2019
Name of Student : Bergita Noviana Saleo
Subject Activity : Choux Ala Crème and Éclair
As usually,in Practical day,at eight o’clock,we gather together
at the kitchen before start the practic.Today,we will practice bout choux and éclair
that will be made in pastry.We are gather together at pastry with our senior as
our supervisor while waiting for our lecture to teach us about choux and éclair.
In a view time’s our lecture come and teaching and share a
knowledge bout Choux and éclair to us.After
that we are direct to ‘Doing’ and then
we prepare and make the dough.While in process,a view friends make the dough
become a liquid and that’s because they are not patient and not careful,I
Think.
So do I,while modeling the dough,I cant make it as good as
what the lecture do,haha J.study right….
Next is baking the dough,while waiting for the dough ,we are
theached bout choux and éclair cream and how to put in the cream well.after
baking finish,we see the result,which is more of the cake is cooked well,and
less is over cooked.But it doesn’t matter,the matter is we are understand the
method of make it.
After practice and Shallat,we come back to the pastry and
make all the choux and éclair is filled of the cream and unite in one place to
eat.After that,we are doing the general cleaning,after do the general
cleaning,we gather behind the kitchen to eat and enjoy the choux and eclair that
was made by us.Last,we line up for praying together and then go home.
