Time and Date  : february 20, 2019

Name of Student : Bergita Noviana Saleo


Subject : American Breakfest and Preparing For 4 breakfast on The Next Day



As usually, we gather in the kitchen to practic, and for today our subject is american breakfast and preparing for the next day. At the kitchen, in pastry for exactly we are gather together and one line before we do the practical.First, we sharing with the supervisor about the breakfast today. After that we prepare the food for american breakfast that was prepared yesterday before 09.00 o'clock,cause the food have to serve at 09.00 o'clock.Today,my group is serve the 'Danish'.


At nine o'clock All food is ready to serve.Next,we are divide to prepare the food for 4 breakfast on the next day. And once again my group is got the job to make the 'Danish' that including in American and the other group is prepare  the English,Kontinental and Indonesia Breakfast. Today our activity is going well.Then we have a rest and Shallat time for the musleem.


After rest and shallat, we do the general cleaning.After general cleaning, we gather behind the kitchen for a while and take some rest. Next we are line up for praying, and then go home.






Danish Recipe :

ingredient : - yeast,sugar,salt,hard flour (Dry Ingredients )
                    - milk,Croissant Fat (moist Ingredients)

How to Make :
- mix well the dry ingredients then put in the milk until get the soft       texture and solid dough, while we roll the croissant fat until it thin
- cover the dough and the fat,the dough in the chiller and the fat in the     freezer. Keep it for one hour (proving 1)
- take the dough and fat, roll it together until mixed,keep roll until           become one dough
- cover it again and keep in chiller for one hour (proving 2)
- take the dough roll it until get thin and model it 
- put the dough on the baking pan.keep it for 1 hour moreless (proving     3)
- baking the Danish dough for 15 minutes with 180 degrees celcius.
- the danish is ready to serve.
